Iconia Zamalek Residences offers four suite types: Junior Suite (ideal for solo travelers and couples), Deluxe Suite (with separate living area), Suite with Terrace (featuring a private outdoor terrace), and Family Suite (two bedrooms, perfect for families). Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request. Our reception desk is staffed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 AM daily. If you arrive late, tell us your ETA when you book so we can coordinate a smooth check-in.
Reception at ICONIA Zamalek Residences is staffed every day from 10:00 AM to 3:00 AM. This is extended coverage for arrivals and guest support, not a classic 24-hour full-service hotel lobby. Message or call us with your flight details if you land near the edge of those hours.

Yes. The Family Suite offers two bedrooms and space to spread out, and Zamalek is one of Cairo's more comfortable neighborhoods for visitors with children. We can discuss cots and family setup needs at booking. Families who want a large breakfast buffet and chain-hotel rituals may still prefer a traditional hotel. Yes, if natural light matters to you. Some units face inward because of the building layout and receive less daylight. When booking, request an exterior-facing apartment and, if possible, a higher floor. For families, the Family Suite is usually worth it over the cheapest studio-style option.
It depends on format. Hotel Longchamps suits guests who want boutique hotel atmosphere. New President suits guests who want a simple traditional hotel room, often at a sharp rate.
